Central Credit Register

The Central Credit Register is a secure database established and controlled by the Central Bank of Ireland, under the Credit Reporting Act 2013.

From 30 June 2017, the Register began the collection and storage of personal and credit information from lenders on consumer loans (credit cards, mortgages, personal loans and overdrafts) of €500 or more.  From 31 March 2018, the collection and storage of credit information from lenders was extended to business loans such as loans to companies, partnerships, clubs and associations.

Rabobank will be submitting data in respect of The Acquired Loan Portfolio to the Register as required under the Act.
